* App: Refers to the SUPPLIER mobile application.

* User: Any individual or entity accessing the app, including both Buyers and Sellers.

* Buyer: A User seeking printing, packaging, and advertising services.

* Seller: A User offering printing, packaging, and advertising services.

* Services: Refers to all functionalities provided by SUPPLIER, including quote requests,

  price comparisons, and communication tools.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the app, you accept and agree to these Terms

and our Privacy Policy. SUPPLIER reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration: To access certain features, Users must create an account by

   providing accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for keeping their

   login information confidential.

3.2 Account Suspension/Termination: SUPPLIER reserves the right to suspend or terminate

   accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

4. Services Provided

4.1 Platform Use: SUPPLIER connects Buyers and Sellers in the printing, packaging,

   and advertising industry and we participate in oversee transactions.

   SUPPLIER is responsible for the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of services provided

   by Sellers.

4.2 Quote Requests and Communication: Buyers can request quotes from Sellers.

   All interactions, including negotiations, payments, and service fulfillment,

   are through only of SUPPLIER app.

5. User Obligations and Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful

   activities, nor to misuse the app’s services in any way..

5.2 Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

   while using the app.

5.3 Legal obligations of clients :

You acknowledge and commit as a party to this agreement to:

Compliance with applicable laws at all times and with legislation and regulations, including - without

exception - all privacy protection legislation, laws and regulations.

You have all the powers and capacity to enter into this agreement and pay the dues in accordance

with the terms and conditions contained therein.

If you purchase the Product on behalf of a company, you confirm that you represent it and are acting

on its behalf and that you will abide by these terms of purchase

5.4 Communication between sellers and buyers:

   Communication between the seller and the buyer is prohibited in order to maintain the

   quality of service and to adhere to the application’s standards.

   The user has the right to communicate with the supplier application at any time and

   through the means of communication available within the application.

5.5 In the event of communication between the seller and the buyer illegally,

   whether by adding a phone number, address, or any means of communication

   within the application

   The SUPPLIER application has the right to block the seller and the buyer without

   referring to both of them and without bearing any responsibility towards them.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Pricing: Prices for services are set by Sellers.

6.2 Transaction Handling: SUPPLIER may facilitate payment transactions through secure

   SUPPLIER APP providers.

   and we take responsibility for the completion or quality of services once payment is made.

6.3 Payment method : There is no way to pay online at the present time, and when

   a payment method is added, the SUPPLIER application will notify customers directly.

7. Intellectual Property

SUPPLIER and all associated logos, designs, and trademarks are the property

of SUPPLYER PORTAL. Unauthorized use or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information,

is part of these Terms. By using the app, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 User Disputes: Any dispute that arises between the user and the SUPPLIER application

    is resolved through the SUPPLYER PORTAL.

9.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [UAE]. 

     Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of SUPPLIER application will be

     subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Dubai].

or suitability of any services provided through the app.

of significant changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any modified
